Project Manager (Retail)

Conrad Consulting are recruiting on behalf of an established construction and property consultancy seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their London team.

The role will involve delivering a range of projects for clients within the retail sector , working across the project lifecycle and acting as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

The Role

• Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and wider project teams
• Monitor programme, budget, quality and project risks
• Manage client relationships and provide regular project updates
• Assist with procurement and tender processes
• Support contract administration and project reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with client requirements

About You

The successful candidate will have proven Project Management experience within the built environment , with previous retail experience essential .

You will need to be commercially aware, well organised and confident dealing with clients, consultants and contractors.
