Project Manager (Retail)

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of retail-focused projects from inception to completion within an established construction and property consultancy. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams and act as the primary contact for clients and project stakeholders. You will monitor time, budget, quality, and risk while reporting progress and ensuring alignment with client requirements. The position offers variety across a portfolio of retail schemes and opportunities to develop your career in a client-facing PM role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and wider project teams
• Monitor programme, budget, quality and project risks
• Manage client relationships and provide regular project updates
• Assist with procurement and tender processes
• Support contract administration and project reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with client requirements

• Proven Project Management experience within the built environment
• Retail experience essential
• Commercially aware
