Celanese Newport Specialty Elastomers Plant is seeking a Project Engineer to lead capital investment projects from design to handover. You will manage CAPEX and OPEX, ensure EHS compliance, and partner with the Global Capital Team and Operations Team for project execution.
You will drive planning, scheduling, cost control, and change management while collaborating with CI leaders, reliability teams and maintenance leadership to deliver safe, on-budget plant improvements.
