Simone Rocha is looking for a candidate who is passionate about the Simone Rocha brand. They must be a highly driven, enterprising and detail-oriented individual for the role of Sales Manager within our Wholesale team, an exceptional communicator and a team player. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for owning and developing your wholesale territories and the brand presence and presentation within these, providing an exceptional level of support to wholesale partners and contributing to wider Simone Rocha sales and marketing activities.
This role would report into the Head of Sales and Merchandising and would be supported by our Wholesale & Ecommerce Assistant. The is a full-time position, based in our London Studio.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience within luxury wholesale.
The role will include:
Wholesale & Sales
Manage and develop existing wholesale accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Drive sales growth and support the achievement of company revenue targets, while maintaining the Simone Rocha brand image and positioning.
Build strong relationships with buyers and provide excellent product, brand and visual merchandising support.
Monitor sales performance, market trends and trading opportunities, providing regular reporting to inform forecasting, range planning and future collections.
Support seasonal sales campaigns, buying appointments and wholesale activities across the London and Paris showrooms.
Manage accurate and timely wholesale order entry, confirmations and follow-up.
Assist with the preparation of line sheets, lookbooks, and other seasonal sales and marketing assets.
Support our brand director and visual merchandising manager with store installations, activations and initiatives.
Operations & Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics and Production teams to ensure smooth delivery of wholesale activities.
Coordinate deliveries, priority shipments and other time-sensitive requirements.
Support weekly and end-of-season sales analysis, highlighting opportunities and areas for improvement.
Support the wider Sales team with ad hoc projects and activities.
