You will direct cross-disciplinary teams across electromagnetics, mechanical design, thermal, controls, and advanced manufacturing to optimize performance, reliability and power density.
The role requires extensive experience in high-speed electric motors or hybrid powertrains, rotor-stator integration, and knowledge of FIA regulations.
