We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Employee Share Plans Product team, responsible forensuring our global product portfolio is clearly positioned, effectively communicated and ready for market. The role will translate product strategy and capabilities into compelling propositions for clients, participants and internal teams, while shaping targeted go-to-market and adoption activity where this will deliver the greatest impact.

Sitting within the Product team, the role will report to the Head of Product Innovation and work in close partnership with the Global Head of Strategic Marketing through a dotted-line relationship.The successful candidate will play an integral role within the Employee Share Plans Product team, partnering closely with Product Managers and Regional Marketing Managers to position products, support market readiness and drive adoption of new and existingcapabilities. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing Delivery, Sales (Front Office) and regional teams across North America, EMEA and APAC, helping to translate product strategy into effective market propositions and commercial outcomes.

This newly created global role operates across multiple time zones and requires strong collaboration across functions, regions and stakeholder groups. You will work in a complex environment with strict regulatory, client and commercial expectations,helping toensure that products are positioned effectively, supported bytherightmarketactivity and optimised throughout their lifecycle.

In this role, you willdefine how our products are positioned and communicated across theEmployee Share Plans business.As a strategic partner to Product Managers, you will translate product strategyand capabilitiesinto clear market segmentation, differentiatedpropositions and compelling messaging for corporate clients and plan participants.

You willensure that product narrativesand core collateral remain relevant, accurate and consistentacross markets.Where there is a clear commercial or customer need, you willwork with Marketing Delivery andregional teams to initiate targeted campaigns and engagement activity that build awareness, support adoption andstrengthen productperformance.

Working closely with Product Managers, Sales and regional teams, you will bringcustomer, competitor andmarket insight into product planning andprioritisation. You willhelp ensure that existing andnew products are appropriately positioned throughout their lifecycle—not only at launch—andthat client-facing teams have the information andtools needed to communicate their value confidently.

Key responsibilities:

• Defining and evolving the positioning, value propositions and messaging for products across the global Employee Share Plans portfolio.
• Partnering with Product Managers to translate product strategy, capabilities and roadmap developments into clear market narratives and commercial propositions.
• Assessing market, client and participant needs to identify where targeted campaigns, communications or adoption initiatives would add value, and initiating these with Marketing Delivery and regional teams.
• Ensuring core product collateral, digital content, training materials and bid content remain accurate, relevant and consistent, with clear ownership and proportionate governance.
• Supporting the market readiness and launch of new products and major enhancements through appropriate positioning, enablement and go-to-market activity.
• Equipping Front Office and regional teams with concise messaging, playbooks and product materials that enable effective client conversations.
• Bringing customer feedback, competitive intelligence and market insight into product strategy, positioning and roadmap discussions.
• Supporting participant engagement through clear, compliant and relevant education and communications.
• Monitoring product awareness, adoption and market performance, using insights to recommend targeted improvements.
• Establishing consistent product naming and portfolio narratives where this improves clarity for clients, participants and internal teams.

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with:

• Proven experience in Product Marketing, ideally within financial services, fintech or SaaS.
• Strong financial product experience and understanding of regulated environments.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies, positioning and product launches.
• Proven ability to partner with Product Managers across the product lifecycle.
• Experience developing B2B and B2C messaging and propositions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across global teams.
