Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products.
Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products. We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow.
You have spent years at the intersection of engineering data and real product development, and you have learned that the hardest part of digital transformation is not implementing the software, it is getting organizations to actually trust and use the data. You understand that materials information is not just metadata, it is the foundation of every simulation, qualification decision, and design trade off that matters.
You are comfortable walking into a room with a manufacturing engineer, a simulation lead, and an IT architect and finding the common thread that makes a materials data strategy work across all three. You do not need a perfect requirements document to get started. You ask the right questions, map the data flows, and build solutions that scale beyond the pilot project.
You have seen what happens when materials data lives in spreadsheets, emails, and tribal knowledge, and you know how to fix it. At Synopsys, you will work with organizations that are ready to modernize how they manage one of their most critical engineering assets, and what you build will directly affect how fast they can innovate.
You will join a collaborative, cross-functional team of engineers, consultants, and product specialists dedicated to enabling digital transformation in materials data management. The team is focused on delivering strategic value to customers, driving best practices, and continuously evolving the capabilities of MIM solutions. Together, you will partner with industry leaders to modernize engineering workflows and shape the future of materials information management.
We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs. Our total rewards include both monetary and non-monetary offerings. Your recruiter will provide more details about the salary range and benefits during the hiring process.
