Locum Private Client Solicitor (Scotland) – Immediate Start

I’m currently looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Lawyer for an immediate-start locum assignment with a well-established private-sector law firm in Scotland .

Location: Scotland – happy to consider candidates who can commute into the office

Contract: Maternity cover

Rate: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience

Working arrangements: Hybrid / office-based options available

The role will involve a broad range of Private Client matters , potentially including:

• Wills
• Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• General Private Client advisory work

I’m particularly interested in hearing from candidates who can hit the ground running , manage their own caseload and are comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Scottish legal experience is essential , and previous Private Client experience is strongly preferred.
