Quilter is a wealth management business offering financial advice, investment platforms, multi-asset investment solutions, and discretionary fund management. It oversees customer investments and serves affluent and high-net-worth clients, including private clients, charities, trustees, and professional partners.

Задачи:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and identify and prioritise technology needs and solutions
• Advise on Figaro technology matters
• Liaise between the team and the investment business
• Escalate Figaro technology operational issues for the Quilter Cheviot business unit and drive their resolution
• Support and configure system functionality, troubleshoot issues, analyse systems, support system design, assist with user testing, and document business processes and procedures in partnership with Quilter Cheviot

Требования:

• Deep subject matter expertise across business and technology
• Strong technology background in wealth management systems
• Experience with Figaro or a similar system
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including communicating complex technical challenges, issues, and risks clearly to senior stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, influence and persuade others, and drive change across teams
• Analytical approach to identifying issues, developing solutions, and driving continuous improvement
• Resilience and focus on delivery in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Credibility, professionalism, and personal integrity
• Understanding of the risk context and risk appetite in which teams operate

Условия:

• Permanent contract
• 182 Hours of holiday (26 days)
