Figaro Product Analyst

Overview

As a Product Analyst in the QC Figaro team, you will bring SME input for investment management systems (Figaro, Portfolio Review) to ensure reliable operation. You’ll configure, analyze, test, and document processes in partnership with Quilter Cheviot, while supporting the Tech Product Owner. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, act as a trusted advisor on Figaro matters, and drive issue resolution. The role combines business and technology in a fast-moving wealth-management context, shaping how the investment platform supports client goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance for Figaro and Portfolio Review to ensure effective operation.
• Configure system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and perform system analysis.
• Support user testing and document business processes in partnership with Quilter Cheviot.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and prioritise technology solutions.
• Act as escalation point for Figaro-related operational issues and drive resolution.
• Liaise between investment business and technology teams to facilitate delivery and clarity.

Key requirements

• Deep subject matter expertise in wealth management systems.
