Contract Controls And Sourcing Delivery

The role carries out bid evaluations, supplier negotiations, and contract administration after sourcing plans are set. Engineering and operations contribute operational requirements, while finance contributes commercial controls. Client stakeholders receive updates at meetings, events, and forums. Travel covers data centres in the client portfolio and JLL offices.

Jaggaer And Procurement Systems

Jaggaer is the sourcing‑tool platform for the role, and the manager serves as a super‑user. The manager uses e‑sourcing and procurement platforms for tenders, bid comparisons, and supplier records. The team maintains supplier information through Vendor Data Management processes.

The manager handles strategic planning and analytical problem‑solving across concurrent projects. MCIPS And Procurement Experience

• MCIPS or progress toward chartership
