Ema Unlimited is hiring a Senior Technical Support Specialist (Enterprise Agentic AI) to own the health and reliability of production AI systems. You will diagnose complex multi-agent issues, coordinate with Engineering and Product, and communicate clearly with customers during incidents.
The role is full-time and remote, with opportunities to grow into Reliability Engineering or Product-facing leadership as you gain experience with agentic AI workflows.
