Our client, a leading FMCG Distributor, is hiring a Warehouse Shift Manager to manage the busy operation at their site in Northamptonshire, on either a 4 on / 4 off basis or Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day warehouse operation to meet agreed KPIs.
Deploy and lead a team of approximately 25 FTEs to drive operational efficiencies, service excellence and productivity.
Demonstrate expected people‑leader behaviours and standards.
Collaborate with other depots to ensure service levels are achieved.
Lead the team through change, promoting positive outcomes and adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience managing in an FMCG warehousing environment.
Hands‑on operator who is visible across the shift.
Evidence of effective people management and leadership.
