Get Living is seeking a Customer Administrator for a 9-month maternity fixed-term contract. You will manage the resident journey from reservation to move-in, handling tenancy administration, checks and contracts with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
You will collaborate with residents, Customer Advisors and Neighbourhood teams, ensuring compliance with policy and legislation while delivering high-quality service and driving improvements within the Customer Hub.
