What you'll do
Design and implement state-of-the-art speech recognition models
Optimize models for low-latency inference on edge devices
Collaborate with the sign language recognition team on bidirectional translation
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical direction
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in ML/AI with focus on speech or NLP
Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Experience with transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
