As part of PCS Group, we’re continuing to grow our presence in India and are looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Vadodara.

The opportunity

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers, supporting them across phone, email and other communication channels.

You’ll take the time to understand customer questions and issues, provide clear and accurate support and make sure queries are followed through to resolution.

We’re looking for people who communicate confidently in English, remain calm when dealing with challenging situations and genuinely enjoy helping customers. You’ll receive training on our products, systems and processes, so you don’t need to know everything from day one.

This is an office-based role in Vadodara, with multiple shifts available.

What you’ll be doing

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails and support requests professionally
• Understanding customer queries and providing timely, accurate and effective solutions
• Building positive relationships with customers through clear and empathetic communication
• Recording and updating customer interactions accurately within our CRM and internal systems
• Taking ownership of customer queries and working to resolve them within agreed timelines
• Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams when required
• Following our processes, policies and customer service standards
• Working towards individual and team targets, including response times, quality and customer satisfaction
• Keeping your knowledge of our products, services and processes up to date
• Sharing customer feedback and ideas that could help us improve our products and service
• Supporting the wider Customer Support team and taking on additional responsibilities when needed

What we’re looking for

• A graduate or diploma holder with fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, empathetic and customer-focused approach
• Confidence handling customer questions, concerns and complaints professionally
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to listen, understand an issue and find an appropriate solution
• A calm and professional approach, particularly when dealing with challenging situations
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn as our business continues to grow

Experience that would be useful

• 1–3 years’ experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Centre or Client Support roles
• Experience supporting customers by both phone and email
• Experience using CRM or customer support systems such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, Zendesk, HubSpot or similar
• Experience working in a busy customer-focused environment

Location
