About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our team. You’ll be our drivers’ first point of contact, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting them from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat queries from customers and drivers.
• Provide accurate information about Fleeto’s PCO car hire and rent-to-buy services.
• Assist with booking requests, extensions, and contract-related questions.
• Resolve driver issues promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate vehicle availability and maintenance.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up on pending driver queries for timely resolution.
• Support onboarding of new drivers, including document checks and account setup.
• Collect and forward feedback to improve customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive, solution-focused team environment.
