We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment based in Wellingborough. The role offers long‑term stability, training and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery
Respond quickly to electrical breakdowns and fault‑find efficiently
Work on a range of production and automated equipment
Support continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime
Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
Assist with mechanical maintenance when required
Requirements
Apprentice trained or qualified Electrical Engineer
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, packaging or industrial environments
Strong electrical fault‑finding abilities
Experience with motors, sensors, conveyors, inverters, PLCs or automation equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location: Wellingborough Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Shift Pattern: Days
