• Perform system testing, verification, and validation, demonstrating correct operation
• Identify and resolve issues during integration, build, and testing phases
• Ensure all work is delivered in line with quality standards and regulatory requirement

Alongside a Commitment To Our Values Of Care & Compassion, Performance, Team Spirit, And Inclusiveness, We Are Looking For Individuals Who Can Bring The Following

• Proven experience working with control panels / cabinets (integration, modification, or build)
• Experience delivering design changes and updating technical documentation
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and control system principles.
• Hands‑on experience with cabinet assembly, wiring, system integration, or testing.
• Background in a regulated industry (e.g. life sciences, pharmaceuticals, nuclear, or similar)
• Experience using EPLAN (Electric P8) for electrical schematic and control panel design would be advantageous.
• Experience supporting factory build, assembly, commissioning, or FAT activities would be beneficial.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across system delivery stages
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Reside locally to Portsmouth or be prepared to relocate, as this permanent role does not include travel expense coverage.

Please note that visa sponsorship is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case‑by‑case basis, depending on role criticality and project needs. Many of our UK projects require high‑level security clearance, meaning we can often only consider candidates with an existing, indefinite right to work in the UK. Exceptionally, we may consider visa sponsorship for applicants with niche experience aligned to our core work (e.g. EPR/nuclear new build).
