Take a leading role in the delivery of a wide range of projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.
Opportunity to influence the growth and direction of the Electrical team.
Clear pathway for progression into Associate and ultimately Director level positions.
Work closely with senior leadership on both technical delivery and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects.
Manage projects from concept through to completion.
Mentor and support junior and intermediate engineers.
Attend client meetings and build strong professional relationships.
Coordinate with Mechanical, BIM, and wider design teams.
Review and approve technical designs, calculations, and specifications.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
Significant experience within a Building Services Consultancy environment.
Strong electrical design experience across a variety of project sectors.
Proficient with industry-standard design software.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to lead projects and manage engineering teams.
Chartered status or working towards Chartership is advantageous.
