Working Pattern

• 40 Hours Per Week
• Various Work Pattern Available
• Must be Available for Night and Weekends

The Role

• Responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the unit.
• Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery.
• Compose staff schedules and manage staff holidays.
• Complete onsite quality audits.
• Replenish and control cleaning stocks, materials and PPE.
• Liaise with the client, central support functions and attend departmental meetings.
• Deal with complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct and record staff training and lead the team to reach goals and maintain standards.
• Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
• Comply with all HACCP (Hazard analysis of critical control points) regulations as required.
• Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials.

The Person

• Flexible approach to work and training, with regards to times and days worked.
• Excellent eye for detail and extremely high cleaning standard.
• Customer service focused.
• Communication skills and the ability to work under own initiative.
• Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
• Clean driving licence.
• Six months or more experience in a similar role.
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent.
