Recruitment Consultant

Voted as a \"Best Place to Work\" in the UK twice in a row, as well as a Great Place to Work in the Sunday Times 2025!

\"I love the money! But also the team I work with, I’ve made great friends and the social aspect is a big bonus too. LINQ has a great team on both contract and perm and this makes the office environment a great place to work.\"

\"My highlight at LINQ so far has been the month I received my payslip and saw commission figures I’ve never been able to reach in my 4 years of recruitment before coming here. It’s made me realise what can actually be achieved if you work hard.\"

\"My favourite thing about LINQ is the people around me here; having a tough job is made so much easier when you have good people around you who are creating a good energy, making you laugh, supporting you on the down days and giving you a reason to look forward to going into the office each day\"
