At Highfield we recruit across two specialist brands. Data X Connect, focused exclusively on the global data centre industry and Highfield, our wider critical infrastructure recruitment business covering Water, Nuclear and Highways. These are all sectors seeing significant global investment and long-term demand, making them some of the most resilient and future-focused industries to build a career in.

If you’re ambitious, motivated, and enjoy working with people, a career in recruitment could be for you. No experience? It really isn’t a problem, we hire people with the right mindset and provide full training and ongoing support.

We’re especially keen to hear from people with experience in sales, customer service, call centres, hospitality, retail, and construction.

“Before applying to be a Recruitment Consultant, I worked in Project Management for a local construction company. My hard work wasn’t reflected in my pay, and I couldn’t see a clear career path ahead, so I gave recruitment a go. Highfield offered something different to other agencies – a smaller team, more flexibility, and a culture where individual achievements are rewarded. I worked hard and made my first placement within a month, and was promoted soon after I passed my probation. 12 months later I won the award for Largest Weekly Margin Growth and am one of the top billers in the company.” - Benny Read, Senior Recruitment Consultant
