Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant - Energy desk (US market)

My client is a Manchester born and bred tech recruitment business, now with 25 years in the industry and a growing international footprint. Off the back of continued growth, they're launching a new desk focused on Energy, working across the US market, and looking for a consultant to help build it from the ground up.

The opportunity

This is a 360 role with full ownership of your clients, candidates, and process from day one. You'll be working on live roles immediately, engaging mid to senior level tech talent for both enterprise accounts and tech start-ups. You'll report directly into an established director, with 1-2-1 mentorship and the chance to learn from someone who has built desks like this before.

For experienced or senior consultants, there's a genuine path to relocation, with the option to move to Austin or Tampa as the desk grows.

What's on offer

• Fast track progression path to £30,000
• Extensive training from industry leaders
• Early finish every Friday
• Additional annual bonus for top performers
• Team incentive currently working towards a Portugal trip
• Central Manchester office
• Genuinely sociable team culture
• Potential relocation to the US (Austin or Tampa) for senior consultants

About you

• Graduate or up to 12 months' sales experience
• Career minded, outgoing and sociable
• Motivated by a genuine long-term path rather than a quick win

No prior recruitment experience required, full training is provided. If you want to be part of building something new, with US exposure and a clear route to progression, this is worth a conversation.
