The Role - 360 SEN Recruitment Consultant

You'll take ownership of a specialist SEN recruitment desk, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while growing a portfolio of schools and candidates.

• Developing relationships with SEN schools, alternative provisions and specialist education settings
• Winning new business through proactive sales activity, referrals and networking
• Managing client accounts and identifying growth opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing SEN Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Support Staff
• Advertising vacancies and attracting high-quality candidates
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Managing temporary and permanent placements
• Conducting client visits and candidate meetings
• Negotiating rates and placement terms
• Working towards KPIs, revenue targets and career progression goals

About You

• A full UK Driving Licence is essential
• Previous recruitment, sales or business development experience
• Transferable work or education experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial and target-driven mindset
• Resilience, determination and self-motivation
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
