We’re seeking a Customer Success/Value Engineering professional to drive customer outcomes, resolve issues, and co-create account strategies with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering and Partners.
You will translate Mimica outputs into actionable insights, develop tailored success plans, and drive user adoption through trainings and onboarding.
