Laser Applications Engineer – Micromachining & Systems Expert

Mars is seeking a Laser Applications Engineer in Didcot to develop laser micromachining processes for customers and to run production work. You will work with state-of-the-art laser systems spanning UV to IR, including femtosecond, picosecond, and nanosecond pulses, within a high-performing Laboratory team.

The role requires a degree in Lasers/Optical Engineering/Physics or Engineering, practical laser experience, and hands-on engineering skills.
