• Lead deep-dive analysis across customer funnels and journeys to identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
• Own the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks, ensuring statistical rigour and clear business impact
• Identify growth opportunities and influence prioritisation through data-led recommendations and designed experiments
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership
• Partner with Product Managers and senior stakeholders to define product strategy through data, set success metrics, and evaluate performance
• Build and evolve dashboards, reporting, and self-serve analytics capabilities across product teams
• Mentor and support junior analysts, contributing to best practice and analytical quality across the team

Требования:

• Structure ambiguous problems and translate data into actionable insight
• Apply statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design in product environments
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with Python, including pandas and NumPy, for large-scale data analysis
• Proven experience leading A/B testing programmes and influencing product decisions through experimentation
• Significant experience analysing customer behaviour within digital products or e-commerce platforms and driving measurable improvements
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, with an emphasis on storytelling and stakeholder impact
• Experience working closely with Product and influencing senior stakeholders or leadership teams
