Area Sales Executive - East Midlands

Location: East Midlands (NG1) - Regional Role

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 basic

OTE: £50,000 - £60,000+

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Opportunity

We are working with an established and growing new-build developer who are looking to appoint an experienced Area Sales Executive to cover a number of developments across the East Midlands.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys working across multiple sites and wants a role offering variety, autonomy and strong earning potential.

You will take responsibility for maximising sales performance across the region while delivering an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

The Role

• Cover multiple new-build developments across the East Midlands.
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Conduct professional viewings and showcase new homes to prospective purchasers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their individual requirements.
• Proactively follow up enquiries and maximise every sales opportunity.
• Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Work towards and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of house types, plots, pricing and incentives.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and site teams across the region.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other key stakeholders.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and complete all relevant sales administration.
• Monitor competitor activity and local market conditions.
• Support new development launches and regional marketing initiatives.
• Help maximise reservations, exchanges and completions.

About You

• Previous experience within new homes, housebuilding, property or a target-driven sales environment.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• A confident and professional approach when dealing with customers.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Flexibility to travel between developments across the East Midlands.

The Package

• £32,000 - £35,000 basic salary.
