• Work with the latest AI models to dramatically boost what you can achieve
• Collaborate with senior engineers to accelerate your learning
• Test software rigorously against requirements and acceptance criteria
• Take ownership of increasingly complex tasks with appropriate support

Learning & Development:

• Build expertise in our technology stacks and the telecommunications domain
• Receive mentorship from experienced team members
• Develop understanding of the full software development lifecycle and how to apply AI to enhance results
• Gain exposure to cloud-based architecture and scalable, highly-available systems

What We’re Looking For

Key Attributes:

• Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn new technologies and embrace feedback
• Problem Solving: Genuine interest in understanding how complex systems work and how to effectively resolve problems in them
• Communication: Ability to ask clear questions and articulate technical concepts
• Collaboration: Team player who contributes to a positive, inclusive work environment
• Rigour: Commitment to delivering high-quality work precisely and on schedule

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field

We don't require prior software engineering experience – if you're a strong problem solver, we'll help you develop into a great engineer regardless of your starting point. If you do have experience, that will help you to get started faster.

What We Offer

At Alianza you’ll enjoy a great package of benefits:

• Competitive salary, bonus and equity package
• Up to 7% additional pension contribution
• Learning opportunities including mentorship from senior engineers, annual hackathons, conferences and more
• Flexible work arrangements, generous holiday policy and a great work-life balance
• Collaborative and inclusive team culture and a great office environment
