You’lltakeownershipofamajorclientaccount,workingcloselywithseniorstakeholderstodeliverimpactfulbrandexperiencesandstrongcommercialresultsacrossin-store,experientialandwiderintegratedchannels.

AsAccountDirector,you’llleadthestrategicandoperationalmanagementoftheaccount,takingresponsibilityforclientrelationships,commercialperformanceandprogrammedeliverywhileidentifyingopportunitiesforcontinuedgrowth.

ResponsibilitiesofthisAccountDirectorinclude:

• Leadingseniorclientrelationships,providingstrategicguidanceandrecommendations
• TakingownershipofamajorHealth&Beautyretailandexperientialprogramme
• Developingaccountgrowthstrategiesandidentifyingnewbusinessandcross-sellopportunities
• Shapingclientbriefsanddevelopingproposals,budgets,quotationsandpresentations
• Overseeingin-storeactivations,retailcampaignsandconsumer-facingbrandexperiences
• Managingprogrammebudgets,forecasting,profitabilityandrevenuetargets
• Leadinggovernancemeetings,programmereviewsandissueresolution
• WorkingcloselywithCampaignManagement,Creative,MarketingandProductionteamstoensuresuccessfuldelivery
• Buildinglong-termclientpartnershipsandsupportingwideraccountgrowthinitiatives

TobeconsideredforthisAccountDirectorrole,you’llneed:

• Provenclient-facingexperiencewithinretail,shopperand/orexperientialmarketing
• StrongunderstandingoftheUKHealth&Beautyretaillandscape
• ExperienceworkingacrossHealth&Beauty,personalcare,wellnessorcloselyrelatedFMCGcategories
• Experiencedeliveringin-storeactivations,retailcampaigns,samplingorotherconsumer-facingbrandexperiences
• Experienceleadingcomplexclientprogrammesandmanagingmultipleseniorstakeholders
• Astrongtrackrecordofaccountgrowth,organicopportunitiesandcross-selling
• Commercialexperiencemanagingbudgets,forecasts,revenueandprofitability
• Excellentcommunication,presentation,negotiationandrelationship-buildingskills
• Aproactive,self-sufficientandcollaborativeapproachwithstrongorganisationalskills
