Kubernetes Software Engineer opportunity - Quantitative Technology - London
Looking for an experienced Kubernetes Software Engineer with a strong background in Software Engineering and Platform Engineering
You'll be working on the internal developer platform relied upon by hundreds of engineers, solving complex platform challenges rather than simply operating infrastructure
The focus is on building and evolving remote development environments running on Kubernetes, with a real emphasis on developer experience and engineering quality
You'll bring strong experience across Kubernetes and Linux, with Go or Python, alongside GitOps, CI/CD and developer tooling
Platform technologies including ArgoCD, Jenkins or Bamboo, Git, Artifactory, RBAC and Kubernetes networking will all be highly relevant
Experience with Cilium, CRI-O, Prometheus, Grafana, Coder or GitHub Codespaces would be a bonus
This is a genuinely engineering-led Kubernetes opportunity within a highly technical quantitative environment, with significant scope to influence the platform and tooling used across the wider engineering organisation.
