£26,000 + £10k+ OTE

37.5 hours | 4-5 days in the office

We're working with a growing training and apprenticeships provider looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join their sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, resilient and passionate about building a career in sales, with the opportunity to develop their skills within the apprenticeship and training sector.

What you'll be doing:

• Making outbound calls to prospective employers
• Generating and converting new business leads
• Building strong customer relationships
• Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
• Working towards daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline
• Supporting cross-selling opportunities

What we're looking for:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Customer-focused approach
• Motivation to succeed in sales
• Resilience and a genuine willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
