We're looking for ambitious, driven salespeople who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound telesales environment to join our growing New Business team.

This is a proactive, cold-calling-focused sales role, where you'll spend much of your day speaking with prospective clients, identifying new opportunities and converting conversations into revenue.

The Opportunity

As a New Business Executive , you'll play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships with decision-ou'll be responsible for:

• Winning New Business: Proactively identifying and engaging potential B2B clients through outbound calling, LinkedIn and targeted prospecting.
• Building Relationships: Developing connections with key decision-makers and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
• Driving Sales: Presenting tailored hospitality solutions, negotiating and closing deals.
• Managing Your Pipeline: Taking ownership of your sales activity, follow-ups and opportunities to consistently achieve targets.
• Growing Your Network: Attending selected industry events and collaborating with an ambitious, high-performing sales team.

What We're Looking For

• Attitude Over Experience: Previous outbound sales or telesales experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter most.
• Resilience & Drive: A motivated, determined individual who embraces challenges, handles rejection positively and thrives in a target-driven environment.
• Confidence & Communication: Someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
• Ambition to Succeed: A competitive, self-motivated mindset with a genuine desire to achieve targets, earn commission and progress.
• Coachability & Growth: An eagerness to learn, take feedback on board and continuously improve.

Salary & Earning Potential

• £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
• Year 1 OTE: £40,000–£60,000
• Year 2 OTE: £50,000–£70,000
