Lead Civil Engineer — Water & Wastewater Innovation

Mott MacDonald Bentley is recruiting a Principal Civil Engineer to lead civil design across major water and wastewater schemes in Scotland. You will drive design integrity from feasibility to commissioning and collaborate with commercial, operational and construction teams to deliver safe, compliant solutions.

You will oversee multi-project delivery, mentor engineers, and ensure designs meet current standards while supporting client objectives and site integration across Glasgow and Edinburgh.
