Weekday Service Advisor

Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for an Exeter automotive business. You will work Monday to Friday in a busy Aftersales environment, guiding customers through the service and repair journey and maximizing sales opportunities.
The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, accurate updates, and close collaboration with the workshop team. A proven background in service plans and upselling is preferred.
