They’re looking for anAI Engineer who enjoys sitting between research and engineering - taking new ideas across predictive ML, causal modelling and Generative AI and turning them into robust production systems.
Where you’ll make an impact
Takenew ML and AI models from research into production
Work acrosstraditional ML, deep learning, transformers and Generative AI
Build solutions around large-scale, complex datasets
Work closely withresearchers, academics, product and engineering teams
Contribute to architecture and longer-term technical roadmaps
Lead and contribute toR&D sprints
Build reliable, high-quality ML software
What we’re looking for
StrongPython and SQL
Experience deployingmachine learning into production
Solid knowledge of traditional ML techniques
Understanding ofdeep learning and transformers
Exposure toGenerative AI
Statistical knowledge and an interest incausal modelling
Experience withGitHub and CI/CD
MSc or PhD is beneficial, but not essential
