Zest4Talent is recruiting an Air Quality Consultant to help develop and grow a new Air Quality division within an established built environment consultancy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Air Quality professional who wants more than simply joining an established team. Our client has already secured work within Air Quality, with further projects in the pipeline , and is now looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to help shape and develop this growing area of the business.

The wider consultancy is well established and works across the construction, property, energy, sustainability and building compliance sectors , supporting both residential and commercial developments.

You’ll therefore have the backing, existing client relationships and multidisciplinary expertise of an established consultancy, while having the opportunity to make a genuine impact on a developing service area.

The Role

Working predominantly across the construction and built environment sector , you’ll deliver Air Quality consultancy services across a range of development and planning projects.

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking Air Quality Assessments for planning and development projects
• Air quality monitoring, analysis and interpretation
• Dispersion modelling and associated technical assessments
• Assessing construction and operational air quality impacts
• Preparing high-quality technical reports and planning documentation
• Advising clients on mitigation measures and compliance
• Liaising with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary project teams
• Working alongside specialists across sustainability, energy and building compliance
• Supporting the continued development and growth of the Air Quality division

About You

We’re looking for someone who already has experience within Air Quality consultancy , ideally gained within the construction, property, planning or wider built environment sector.

You’ll have a good technical understanding of Air Quality assessments and be comfortable producing technical reports and communicating your findings to clients and other stakeholders.

Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about the opportunity to help build something .

You don’t need to be the finished article. If you have a solid foundation in Air Quality consultancy and are ready for greater responsibility, client exposure and the opportunity to develop alongside a growing division, we’d really like to hear from you.
