MandM is seeking a Test Engineer to own quality engineering within the Engage Squad, driving test automation and a modern product operating model. You will shape testing strategies, promote early value delivery, and work closely with Tech Leads, Engineers and Product Owners to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Based in Hereford with hybrid work (3 days onsite), you will implement API contract testing, load testing, and security testing while coaching teammates in best practices.
