Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking a clinical pharmacist to join the Mental Health Pharmacy Team at Glangwili General Hospital, Carmarthen. You will gain experience across adult acute wards, older adult wards, psychiatric intensive care, and low secure units, while collaborating with Community Mental Health Teams and MDTs to support patient-centred care.
The role involves travel across Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion to support services, with development opportunities
