Lead and manage the pharmacy team to ensure excellent service delivery. Oversee the dispensing of medications and ensure compliance with regulations. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on their prescriptions and health needs. Maintain stock levels and manage inventory effectively. Ensure all legal and ethical requirements are met within the pharmacy. Drive the achievement of performance targets and key business objectives. Collaborate with other departments to support wider store operations. Promote a culture of safety, accuracy, and customer focus.
A successful Pharmacist Manager should have: Registered with the GPhC. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Confidence in providing expert healthcare advice to customers. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. A passion for delivering excellent customer service within the healthcare industry. Experience in leadership and management.
A salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
