• Service Flexibility : Ensure our service provision is adaptable and responsive to the needs of our patients.
• Education and Training : Participate in the education and training programs for pharmacy and clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration : Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT) within the Trust, providing expert advice on medication.
• Quality Improvement : Support the department and Trust in meeting audit agendas and quality improvement objectives.
• Professional Development : Pursue or complete a clinical diploma to enhance your expertise and contribute to our medicines optimisation efforts.
