We’re recruiting for an experienced HR Consultant to join a highly regarded professional-services team supporting education-sector clients.

This is a consultative, relationship-led role working with multi-academy trusts, schools and senior education stakeholders. You’ll advise on complex people matters and help clients navigate organisational change.

You will be part of a business that has an extensive track record in building phenomenal HR careers, with many examples of internal promotions and development opportunities across their HR Consultancy structure. The role

Provide pragmatic HR advice across complex ER matters, including restructures, redundancies, capability and whistleblowing.
Support senior stakeholders with organisation design, workforce planning, and "size and shape" conversations.
Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business.
Attend networking events and education-focused client activity; this is not a cold-calling role.
Work closely with an HR Adviser, delegating lower-complexity work where appropriate.

About you

Strong generalist HR background, ideally gained in education or in an HR consultancy serving education clients.
Comfortable advising senior stakeholders including CEOs, headteachers and HR leaders.
Experience of complex ER and organisational change.
Commercially aware and relationship-led, with confidence representing the business externally.
