HR Advisor (ER & Restructure Project)

3-Month FTC/Contract | Fully Remote | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations and restructure project experience? We're supporting a business undergoing a period of organisational change and are looking for a confident HR professional to join the team on an initial 3-month project.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex ER casework, supporting redundancy consultations, and providing commercially focused HR advice in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Working closely with the HR team and managers across the business, you'll play a key role in delivering a redundancy programme while ensuring best practice and compliance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a high volume of Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management.
Supporting and advising managers through individual and collective redundancy consultations.
Ensuring all employment law requirements and HR processes are followed accurately.
Drafting consultation documentation, letters and outcome communications.
Providing practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.
Supporting organisational change and restructuring activities.
Maintaining accurate HR records and case management documentation.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.

About You

Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor.
Strong Employee Relations background with experience managing complex casework.
Previous hands-on redundancy and organisational change experience is essential.
Up-to-date employment law knowledge.
Confident advising and influencing managers at all levels.
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience desirable.
Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
