Graduate Sales Executive

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries. Working closely with the wider sales team, you'll play a key role in creating new business opportunities and helping drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high volumes of outbound calls to finance professionals to generate qualified sales leads.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and social media channels.
• Qualify inbound enquiries and schedule opportunities for the sales team.
• Research prospective customers and identify key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce CRM.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and improve lead generation strategies.
• Attend regular training sessions and sales meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate or someone with equivalent experience looking to build a career in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking to new people and making outbound sales calls.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Previous sales, customer service, or SaaS experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous.
