• Liaise with the design team and supply chain to ensure correct operation of the plant and successful handover.
• Monitor and record site progress against the construction programme.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and quality procedures are followed, with adequate records maintained.
• Develop the project-specific quality plan.
• Hold regular meetings with the supply chain to maintain progress and match resources to the construction programme.
• Liaise with the Project Manager to prepare the project close-out report.
• Review resource allocation and progress with the Project Manager.
• Ensure site-based personnel hold the correct training and valid certification for the project.

• Solid grounding in Health, Safety and Environmental systems.
• Awareness of your team's strengths and weaknesses, with a genuine commitment to their development.
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload and operate with accountability and ownership.
• Self-awareness of your own strengths and areas for development, with a commitment to ongoing growth.
