London IT Support Engineer — 1st/2nd Line & AI Tools

PPRO’s London-based Digital Workplace team enables every employee to do their best work, delivering a secure IT experience. You’ll be the primary IT ambassador onsite, resolving login issues and optimizing connectivity for high-stakes collaboration.

You’ll own end-to-end 1st and 2nd line support locally and collaborate with global hubs in Munich, Berlin and São Paulo to drive consistent standards and a supportive culture across all locations.
