Orange Monkey Recruitment is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing site near Brydock, Aberdeenshire. The role is hands-on with added ownership for PPM, compliance, and project work, acting as the senior engineering presence on site.
You’ll manage planned and reactive maintenance across grinders, conveyors and production equipment, coordinate external contractors, and drive reliability and continuous improvement while working closely with the Site Manager and Group Engineering.
