Lead Software Engineer

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting
• Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end
• Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working

• Languages/runtimes: .NET Core, Node.js, Python, Java/Kotlin
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Terraform, infrastructure-as-code
• Frontend: TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Apollo
• Cloud (AWS): Lambda, ECS, CloudFront, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora, S3, SQS, SNS, Kinesis
