Holt Engineering in Wickham is seeking a Production Engineer to drive NPI activity from prototype through to production release. You will create build documentation, develop tooling and lead production handover with cross‑functional teams.
You will troubleshoot electro‑mechanical products, support validation and testing, and help improve manufacturability and process controls before full production begins.
